From the vibrant neighborhoods of Southern California to the desert landscape of Phoenix Arizona, Chef Bridget was inspired by her mother’s traditional Salvadorean recipes. Her early years working in fine dining were filled with the aromas and flavors, sparking a lifelong passion for cooking. With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, from Casual dining, to 5 years working at Shula Steak house with 6x chopped champion chef Demetrio Zavala. The flavors Bibis Kitchen brings to your home, private event or wedding night are tied to her cultural background in El Salvador, and other latin countries. You will see a mixture of Baja, Asian and Mediterranean influences. 

Her signature dishes pay homage to the traditional family recipes of her mother with an elevated contemporary spin. Bridget’s famous pupusas ooze with melted cheese, and a variety of rich fillings. The auga chile with a  spicy citrusy tang will provide a burst of flavor to remember.

While origonally starting at a local sports bar “Bleachers” in Ahwatukee selling pupusas and our street famous birria tacos Chef Bridget has brought Bibis Kitchen to a larger scale with catering events, private chef expereinces and creating memorable moments for weddings and corporate parties.
